Yes ¨ No¨ Artwork must be approved prior to September 15th to meet deadline for printers. Deadline for artwork to be included on match shirt is September 1st.

Levels of Sponsorship:

¨ “Business Card” ($50): Includes recognition on event literature. Gift Certificates or Monetary only.

¨ Stage Sponsor ($200-349): Includes recognition on match web page, event literature, match shirt and at stage.

¨ Bay Sponsor ($350-499): Includes recognition on match web page, event literature, match shirt and at bay entrance. Sponsor is welcome to send two guest match participants. Table space available in clubhouse for representatives.

¨ Match Sponsor ($500+): Includes featured recognition on match web page, event literature, match shirt, and at clubhouse. Sponsor is welcome to send four guest shooters. Table space available in clubhouse and Demo Bay for representatives.

We encourage all sponsors to supply us with fliers, brochures, catalogs, samples, or other promotional materials in sufficient quantity to be distributed to event participants via shooter’s packets. We are expecting at least one hundred shooters.
